Event Details

Learn the skills of wild foraging as well as how to prepare the harvest from experienced foragers, Pandy English and Windy Hunter. Everything from bread, preserves, teas, tonics, poultices, dyes, greens, roots, dried fruits, nuts and medicinals will be shared. Participants must pre-register by Monday, April 23. Cost is $25 for UTAS members and $30 for non-members. This class is for adults and it is limited to 30 participants.
