Saturday, April 24 is National Junior Ranger Day and all ages are encouraged pick up a free Junior Ranger activity book  at our Visitor Center or download a copy  at www.nps.gov/mapr/learn/kidsyouth/beajuniorranger.htm. Every child who visits us on National Junior Ranger Day will receive a junior ranger button, pop-out  junior ranger hat, pencil, and junior ranger activity book. In addition, those who complete and turn in their junior ranger activity book will receive  a free junior ranger badge or patch, and lapel pin.
