OAK RIDGE COMMUNITY BAND LABOR DAY CONCERT:  7 p.m. at A.K. Bissell Park, 1403 Oak Ridge Turnpike.  Bring lawn chairs or blankets for outdoor seating around the Performing Arts Pavilion and enjoy a casual and entertaining evening of outstanding band music.
